Abstract
This report looks at the City and Guilds pre-trades from Yorkshire, England, in painting and decorating, bricklaying, electrical installation and motor mechanics and how to create a social policy for New Zealand dyslexic students throughout practical trades. The methodology was being disengaged from one form of education, to being empowered for a different style of education. The findings from personal experiences of trades training are gone over. In conclusion how practical trades form an entrance point to the workplace and build a social platform for dyslexic students as well as many more people.
